Thanks alot for reuploading, just downloade :D So sad that its mp4 format though lol cause general info stated its in MKV format, but thanks nonetheless.

The thing that matters is the codec, not the container. You can easily mux the mp4 and ass files into an mkv by using mkvtoolnix.
